You will receive the access data for your first registration from us.
- A 16-digit authentication ID. You can then replace this with an individual login name that is easier to remember.
- Your opening PIN. You must change this to a personal 5-digit PIN (PIN) in any case .
Together with both, login name and PIN, then always log in to online banking.
With every online order, for example a transfer, you will also be asked for a unique transaction number (TAN). In a way, it is the digital signature under your order. So you are doubly covered.
- With the pushTAN method , you receive the TAN directly on the smartphone / tablet.
